Millenium path

Aaah the millenium - where were you when there was no bug?
Anyway...
This school in Lincoln were comemmorating the millenium with a long path, at the end of which they wanted a sculpture.
We held workshops (using 'time' as a basic theme - John Harrison, longditude etc) and from these we got design ideas which were made into macquettes which everyone voted on.
The design on the right won - the pendulum.
But when there was the need, on a bereavement, for another sculpture, the Head asked us to adapt one of the other ideas into a memorial tree
